The Guesthouse "Posada" Alemania is located in the heart of the city of Merida, Andes Metropolis and a University City. The Guesthouse was founded in 1992 and since that time has been characterized as one of the key points in Venezuelan Tourism. Housed in an attractive colonial style house with central patio, it offers eleven rooms, some with private baths. The individual rooms, doubles and triples, are located around the central patio which boasts of a magnificent tropical garden. Here one can observe plants typical of the region, especially orchids. The garden is also a favorite visiting spot for many species of birds representative of the region. There is also a living room with cable TV and breakfast is served starting at 7:30 A.M.. Laundry service is available as is use of the kitchen. In the back patio we offer comfortable hammocks and gaming tables (Chess, Backgammon, Dominoes, etc).
